SalesMgr helps you classify clients and track the sales process, from the beginning of the sales lead to the close of the sale. Recall dates (tickler file) help insure appointments are kept and reminds you to follow up on sales proposals. Specific documents and quotes can be associated with each client, and retrieved with the click of a mouse, utilizing your favorite word processor.

A customized appointment scheduler is provided by user-defined setup options. Users can generate screens with the same look and feel as their daytimer. Print a report listing projected sales revenues, from the Job/Task feature. This feature is a must for project sales managers.

Many other features are available, including utilities to import from other databases. Custom enhancements are available for networked telemarketing operations, including state No-call (Zero Call) Lists. A quick lookup screen lets you know instantly whether or not a phone number is on the list. Current records can be flagged to avoid expensive fines. The national zip code directory is also supported, for quick lookups for accurate mailing addresses.

Two versions are available, Stand-alone and Multiuser. There is no limit to the number of records in either version and the multiuser, network version has no limit to the number of users or workstations. Even wide-area-networks are supported.
