Users have complete control over inventory pricing with 10 different user-defined price levels. This allows you to determine pricing with a markup from cost or discounts from SRP, as well as fixed pricing, or flat-fee markups, all at the individual item level. Customer pricing may be overwritten at the sales order level.

Custom price update routines save hundreds of manhours updating inventory files. Manufacturer price update routines are modified for each users' specific formulas and added to the system as requested.

Parts can be added on the fly, if not found in inventory, and can be flagged as regular stock or non-stock items. Non-stock sale items are stored in a separate file for management analysis.

Core charges, if applicable, are automatically listed at the time of sale, which can be deleted or modified as necessary.

Actual labor time may be entered at the line item level. Reports are generated to compare service time billed to actual time and standard rates.
